Although your license/serial # is for Inventor 2017 Pro, it appears that you just selected Inventor 2017 as the installation.
When you did the install, did you select the correct radio button for the installation? There's only one install that does Inventor 2017 and Inventor Professional 2017. Image shows that you installed Inventor 2017 and not Inventor 2017 Professional.
